I have logged a call with the accounts department for incorrect billing. The nice thing about Vodacom is that you have got good systems in use. You can see that the phone is not in my posession yet you are still billing me for it. I am not sure if you are taking a chance with me or you do it with all South Africans.
You have good systems please stop using them to your advantage. I have told your call centre agents that there areonly two options in this situation 1. Give me the phone that i am paying for or 2. Pay back all the money you have been deduction from my account.
It cannot take you more than three months to action this request.
