This is the second time I have lodged this complaint to Autopage regarding their Billing system.
Why am I not informed of pending out of bundle rates on sms any longer. Now they want to throw their procedures and policy book at me, when I ask a simple question and which would warrant "a we will fix it" answer. Fix my billing! I will NOT PAY out of bundle rates - there is no reason for this - again you are mismanaging our money with your inadequate systems - stop blaming Vodacom - my contract is with Autopage! Fix my account and return my money!
Put the sms notification back in place and stop charging me unnecessary charges! You cannot have a service one month then change it the next!
Stop my money with your bad systems!!!
