I was @ the gym on sunday and the guy at the front desk (thabiso) was very rude. He didnt even want to hear what i had to say. The issue is that i've had a memebership with the above mentioned gym for over 2 years now yet i have never set foot there or at any other branches. No one has bothered to give me a call to try and find out what the issue is but they keep deducting money form my account. When i was there thabiso told me that the only people who could help me was the accounts department which wwerer not even there. He gave me a cellphone number to call which belongs to paulinah from accs. I have tried calling on a nuumber of occasions but she never answers, i have told thabiso that, that number never gets answerd but he couldn't be bothered. I want to cancel my contract effective immediately as the servixe i have received from them is impacable. Please assist me in getting help about this issues. Those people couldnt care about anythnig else but their money, if they cared about a client all they could've done was to call and at least find out why i wasnt attending. If only i knew how bad their service is, i would have never signed uo in the fisrt place!!!
