I'm not impressed @ all by the response of your agent viz, Wenzile Masina. There is no way that you can say your customers of their money is valid. Mtn has trained its staff to be bullish and have no respect for customers. You are and truly in the same league as Nigeria's 419 and busy building your empire by illicit tactics. Your business ethics is so pathetic. You have millions of subscribers and in the months of Dec and Jan alone you managed to take @ least R200 from each subscribers. Most of your customers are so ignorant and you take full advantage of that. I wanted to send this message in strong language, but decided to tone down. You are the worst company that provides services to RSA citizens.
