Still waiting for our refund

Hi There

We cancelled everything that links us to Telkom in November, your colleagues in canal walk stated that it would take one month. SOmeone called us in January to as whether we want to cancel out contract. I actually have no words for that.

Can I please ask where our refund is as it is now 3months late
