Lack of Capacity to Service Vanderbijl

In Aug of this year I complained to Vodacom about the lack of cell reception in Vanderbijl. Eventually, after much follow-up, it was discovered that Vodacom lacked the capacity to service the Vaal Triangle. I waited duly for Vodacom to build a new tower which they did recently. However, I am still forced to complain as, although they have built ONE new tower, it does not help when the others go down!!! And this is happening on a regular basis!!! I am told by one of their staff member that they know of 3 in the area that always give problems!!! Yes, Vodacom gave me a measly R59 back in airtime for one BB voucher but this does not sort out the frustrations that are being caused by Vodacom's incompetence! I cannot even phone the helpline because of the lack of reception which is why I am now being forced to go public!
