Telkom is still lying on this site as well as on their own site :
This is according to them the status of my fault: Dear Customer your report reference 46CTK300113 was restored. If the problem still exists please contact us on... now I can show you pictures of the cables lying outside our premises that is not connected yet - on saturday a team installed new cables - it took them 7 hours and in the process they damaged our neighbours water supply pipe - they tried to fix it with tube hahaha and it was still leaking - they promised me that they will come and repair it on Monday - yesterday despite phoning them nothing happened - I went personally to malelane technical dept and got promised that they will be there at 8 this morning - guess what nobody yet - Who is going to pay for my neighbours water 2. when will they fixed our damaged paving 3. when will they fix my adsl and connect the cables - despite my two previous reports here I have not had any communication from Telkom yet or a reply to my e mails to them - it would appear that the so called escalation of problems here means nothing at all
