Every year this time, the SMS comes through from Vodacom (around 4:30pm), that the account is overdue!
All they have to do is run the debit order, which Vodacom seem to set internally to expire every year, why only they will know. Then it takes a month of Sundays, to get through to them and their brains, to get this resolved.
