I've been experiencing problems with my accounts since the inception date in June. I am receiving two accounts for a singular service. I spoke to scores of consultants on numerous occasions for hours on end to no avail. What bothers me most is the fact that I get a different response from them every time. It's now 8 months later, I have been listed on ITC even though my internet has not worked since September and I paid the fixed amount I was suppose to every month.
I hope there is competition for telkom on the horizon because their incompetence is disgraceful to our country. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services. Like I said telkom!!!
