Telkom nightmare

I have really had enough of telkom, in fact i'm sick and tired. i have a prepaid line and my balance for january was R244.24. i receive my invoice for february and now my balance is R614.94. when you call them you get different amounts from different consultants. it is like they just allocate any amount every month. why in 's name do I have to pay R614.94??? I just want to cancel this line and forgot about this nightmare called telkom.
