My internet has been super slow for the last few days. I eventually went to the branch to try and get it sorted. There I get told that they can't help because they have to request a form from the technical department, when they eventually receive the form they would have to send it to me, and then I would have to send it back hoping to hear from them again some time in the future. Seems there is just no interest in actually solving the problem, just a bunch of red tape. To add to the problems, my email address miraculously disappeared off their system. Can someone at autopage who actually cares about resolving a customers problems please sort this out.
