Cant complain about bad service if there is none

I call Nashua mobile because it was time for me to upgrade. I spoke to someone for my upgrade in January but I had to wait for the first of February to let the deal go throw. The man did the paperwork for me so that we can just summed it on the first. The person promise me to call me on the fist which never happened. On Monday a call him to hear he is not evadable. The next day a call again an still he was not evadable. On Friday he was evadable and he put the deal throw and told me that the phone will be evadable on this Friday the 8th of February. I call Nashua mobile three rivers were thy told me the phone will be with the corries the morning or the afternoon but se promise me she will call me. Which did not append. I try to call them today but dint get any answer. The phone I have know is broken a can not see anything on the screen and the speakers are broken. If I am behind for payment thy wont be happy bit why is it fine to be late with my phone???
