WORSE SERVICE AND FALSE PRODUCT SELLING TO CUSTOME

I'M MRS JP DU PIESANIE, MY LANDLINE NUMBER IS 0568112887.
SINCE I GOT THIS ADSL LINE AND TELEPHONE LINE OF TELKOM, I JUST GOT NO SERVICE AT ALL. FIRST I HAD TO PAY AN IT TECHNICIAN TO SET THIS UP BECAUSE TELKOM NEVER SET IT UP, THEN WHEN I BOUGHT THIS PACKAGE THE SALES LADY SAID THAT THIS IS UNCAPPED, JUST FOR ME TO FIND OUT BUT IT'S ACTUALLY A 5GB PACKAGE.
I HAVE TWO REFERENCE NUMBERS THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME TELEPHONICALLY AND NOT EITHER ONE OF THEM HAS BEEN SORTED. NOW RECENTLY I GOT AN SMS ON MY MOBILE LINE 0731331552 THAT SAYS TWO ACCOUNTS HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY NAME. THE LAST TIME I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT THERE WAS AN AMOUNT THAT HAD TO BE CREDITTED, DID THEY NOW INSTEAD OF CREDITTING MY ACCOUNT, WENT AND OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT,

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD THIS POOR SERVICE FROM ANY ONE. EVEN CUSTOMERS IN TOWN ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT PRODUCTS THAT'S BEING SOLD TO THEM AND IT'S NOT THEN THE PACKAGE THEY GET THAT THE SALES PERSON SOLD TO THEM.

REALLY, IF THIS TELKOM IS NOT SORTED BY MONDAY 17H00 11/2/2013, MY HUSBAND WILL WRIP OUT THE CABLES AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE THIS OUT OF MY HOUSE.
