Jaco is the only one trying to assist me as client in this matter - I have previously reported this complaint on HelloPeter and MTN responded positively, but then just incompetence thereafter. Refer mails below.

Surely if the migration failed, this is not the clients fault nor the clients responsibility too ensure the migration must go through. It failed on MTN active, that is MTN responsibility. Surely MTN must take responsibility for the failed migration and credit the client?
