Hi there, on or about the 16/17 of Aug, I forwarded a mail to Adam, confirming that we are leaving for Australia on the 20th and that he should amend the address on my policy where the vehicle will be kept as well as list my father as a second driver on my vehicle, I even furnished him a copy of my father's drivers license. Adam only got back to me on the Wednesday, after I had to sent him an email asking him why he failed to attend or reply to my email. He then asked me to phone, I confirmed that I could not, I am in Australia, he asked me to furnish him with my Australian number on which a consultant will get back to me, I also furnished him with times suitable to call, because of time difference. 08h00 - 09h00 South African time will be suitable as we staying in a retreat with no signal, only after coming Monday we will have moved into our home with 24 hour signal. Everyday I wait on a hill with signal between 16h00 - 17h00, but no joy, no call from a consultant, no reply from Adam, what if my father gets into a accident? It wont be my fault as I already furnished Adam what he needs, he is just not attending to my wishes. Lack of interest?
