WRONG INFORMATION

I have two accounts with vodacome, . i upgrated my one to R135 top up . i converted the other contract to minutes. i did everything online. i remeber the one i upgraded to came to R204 or R209. i did everything online, because i did not know how the unites work i called to make sure it will fit my pocket. i called the customer service and a lady explain to me not to worry the amount will still stay the same .to my horr my bill is currently R704.33. i called the call sentre and explain to them, they say i must call the billing section, i called the billing section they say its the account section. now one is prepared to help me. i took the contract to suit my pocket now i have to pay mor than R300.00 more. i refuse to pay it, i am so dissapointed i upgraded again i never had any problems before, they first my money and only gave me R135.00 back of the r400.00 they owe me. now this? this is discusting. i need help and answers i cannot afford to pay the R704.00. there must be somene there that is willing to help
