MTN loses phone and replaces with inferior model

Sent phone in for repairs at Norwood Mall (manager: Michelle, part of Cell Network franchise). 1 month later the phone had gone missing after the store had signed it in a week after I had handed it in. Offered to replace with Galaxy S3 mini "equivalent". It's not: 4.5 inch S2 vs 4 inch screen S3mini, 2megapixel front camera vs S3 mini, 3megapixel front camera, 8megapixel rear camera vs S3mini 5megapixel rear camer, etc. etc. Told area manager (Marius Willemse) the update to S2 is S3, and they need to replace my 64g micro sd card which was in the phone. Regional manager (Larry Levine) phones to say I should accept the S3mini or a refurbished S2! Have contacted MTN (account manager of Cell Network at MTN, Kwena) but have had no response on a solution in the agreed time. Considering this company (and thereby MTN) have messed up so royally they should be moving heaven and earth to keep me happy, instead they're offering me a cheap and nasty solution. Larry Levine (the regional director of Cell Network) said he didn't care about being on Hello Peter because he's been there loads - whaaaaat?!?! Mmmm maybe that's something you should work on Larry!
