Well i cannot seem to respond on my complaint page so i will do it here... After discussing everything with Cell C and having Ayanda agree to pay back all the charges i incurred due to their miscommunication and general bad service, i sent through my bank statements as requested on the 8th Jan. Only to have Cell C respond on the 10th and say that they have come to an agreement with me and that they are awaiting my bank statements. Now i have confirmation that they were in fact received - so again this goes to my report on NO ONE KNOWING WHAT THE OTHER ONE IS DOING within Cell C. As yet i still don't have confirmation of when this money will be refunded to me. What can i say? :-(
