Have a speedpoint stand alone units in shop (from fnb) - reported a faulty power cable on one unit early on the 27th of november - case handed to blue label something to sort out - what a waste of time!!! was promised all sorts of times and actions - whilst they were making promises they did not even bother to hear what our problem was.
In the meantime I have had to operate minus one speedpoint at one of my busiest weekends.
In the past i had a 8 hour turn around time to sort my problems, the way this blue label is operating i may be lucky to get it sorted in 8 weeks.
The only effeciency i got from the blue label guys was not a long wait on their switchboard and the abilty to pass the buck on faster then you can imagine.
