After weeks of frustration dealing directly with Cell C, I approached Dionysis cellular for a contract, within 24 hours they'd responded and approved the application. Some complications regarding porting my number ensued, but every day Viresh called me and updated the progress, keeping me in the loop at all times. He was also available and willing to help with some post delivery queries as to setting up the handset and just continually pleasant, proactive and just wonderful to deal with. What most companies seem unable to comprehend is the way in which constant communication and updates prevents frustration. Dionysis got it completely right, well done them.
