New ADSL Client but no ADSL

4 weeks I called the Telkom call center to sign up as a new client on their 2MB uncapped ADSL package. I provided them with all the necessary info including debit order info etc. They said I will be contacted withing 2 weeks for the installation process.

4 weeks has passed and no word from them what-so-ever!!! If this is how the service will be from Telkom, I'm going with MWEB.
