I am strugeling to get any support from MTN Direct wrt a replacement phone following a successful warranty claim.
I am being shovelled from department to department without any direction.
First there was no stock, on Monday this week I called and there was stock but only one individual in MTN is allowed to issue the phone to me.
Following several calls there are now 2 phones left when I called yesterday, but I am not getting either since only Ms Gloria Manamela is allowed to issue it to me.
Even the MTN store supervisor in Secunda is not getting any feedback - I appreciate his efforts.
If a MTN worker do not get anything done I am not sure how it is expected from the public to get anything done.
In short - DO NOT USE MTN DIRECT - there is no after sales service!!
