Disgusted and Very Unhappy

I ordered a phone online from Vodacom on the 18th of december, and waited for 2 weeks for delivery to come, and when i eventually called to find out what is holding up the delivery, i was told that there is no stock for the accessory (power battery bank), no one called me to inform me of such, and when i brought that fact up to the consultant she just laughed, and told me that "there was nothing she could do I would just have to wait", I was calling on a daily basis and getting inconsistent responses from the consultants, begining of this year, I called to ask them to cancel the order as i was fed up with the service I was getting, and to this day the order has not been cancelled, and i cant apply@ a walk in store as that order is still pending under my name, i have called neumerous times and I am still being sent from pillar to post, I am very UNHAPPY with this, I just want that order removed ASAP, I have been more than Patient with the stinking service I am getting from Vodacom. I expected more from a service provider I have been using for years..
