Mtn has surely lost a valuable customer

So after waiting for almost 3 weeks for mtn to fix my phone, i'm just being made aware that mtn works in the interest of the manufactures, not for the customers. that they do not advice customers of their rights when customers take their phone in within 6 months of purchase so that they request for the 6 months warranty assessment. instead they expect us to know all there is about the goods. i was told its not their job to inform customers their options.
so now i'm expected to go a further 2 weeks without my phone just because they don't have stock of my current phone.
i can assure you this. i'm never taking a contract with mtn ever again and i'm going to advice my family, colleagues and friends about the poor service mtn offers.
