I have lodged several complaints with MTN SP regarding poor network/coverage in my residential area. I have followed up those complaints with Emails & 808 calls to MTN to establish progress, & are given reference numbers & feedback that MTN will get back to me within??? days. Ja right...??? days turns into weeks & into months... It never happens.
How am I suppose to trust MTN as a reliable SP as I am eligible for a contract upgrade in MARCH 2014 after being with MTN for going on 20 years?
My friends & colleagues are migrating by the numbers over the very same reason - no joy, no feedback, no satisfactory help & high billing costs.
It would seem MTN takes clients money only & that they don't have to account ito service delivery complaints etc.
Does a MTN employee exist who has the courage to show real exemplary action & persuade us as MTN customers that you really care or do we have to follow suite ito migrating & MTN not being worried??
It seems MTN is fitting the new image of SA - Pay now, complain later, & don't worry about service delivery - it will be sorted one day!!
