On Friday morning I reported a problem with my ADSL.
I got an email on Saturday stating that they thing there is in fact a problem and I must run a few tests. I ran the tests and sent it back on Monday morning.
It is now Wednesday night and I still have not got any feedback. I don't expect Afrihost to be able to solve the problem immediately but at least give the customer feedback.
The problem with the line is that the line is slow. When I test the line on client zone, the upload attenuation is above the problematic level. The problematic line number is 0114403344
Please give me urgent feedback
