An amount of R116 went of my account (debit-order) from Afrihost. I never received a email or letter for this. I have already paid my domain renewal for the year and pay my monthly installment of R19. I emailed them about this, and received a reply late that day, I am still waiting for feedback. It's now three days.

I want that money re-funded now!
