I placed an order in November 2013 for ADSL for the 'Promotional packages' but only after phoning Telkom to follow up on my order status, was told that it will only be available in April 2015 and that all ADSL orders in my area are frozen until then! Well to me this is very bad planning on Telkom's part since they obviously have reached capacity. Why waste their time explaining for 1/2 hour on the telephone about the promotion that does not exist too...
