I have been asked to pay an outstanding amount of R751.40 which I did in cash however on the 31 of january 2014 I had been debited an amount of R1120.40 from my bank account.upon making numerous calls and sending my bank statement to telkom nobody has got back to me since and i am still awaiting for my money to be put back into my account
