I have been asking for months and months to get my account emailed to me monthly. I have emails on record and also have phoned many times. Every time I get the same answer - your address is already loaded to the system and you will get your statement emailed at month end. IT NEVER COMES AT MONTH END! I am so sick of this terrible service. Cell C is in very clear breach of contract. Therefore I would like to cancel my contract EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. Extremely disappointed by Cell C's service. PS I am very disappointed by the signal coverage. Cell C constantly drops calls in the car when my colleagues on other networks keep signal. My office doesn't even pick up Cell C!
