I entere into e telephonic agreement with 8ta was given 2 phones in september an amout of -R600 went of my bank account I was not happy with the responce I got I requested for contract to be terminated I was told I shld pay for the remaining months which I did I december 2011 so the debit order ddnt go off as I have fully paid and requested for account to be closed to my surprise my relative receives an sms requesting payment I was sent up en down by 8ta and nudebt consultants 8ta consultans informed me I owe R511 whch is for september october november what about the other months who paid 4 them because surely I did not I paid what I ws requested 2 pay 2 cancel the contract I dony even have the number.
