Madonna assisted me with my upgrade on Sunday and I found myself very impressed with the level of service she offered. She was patient, friendly and efficient but most importantly, she had a comprehensive knowledge of the products I was interested in and this is unfortunately a rare thing these days. I was also refreshing to be sold what I wanted rather than have the sales person continually try to sell me a more expensive option/item that I don't need/want.
In addition, the gentleman who assisted with the back-up and copying of my contacts to the new device was helpful, friendly and polite. A big thank you to the Vodashop I'langa Mall team who made it such a fantastic experience.
P.S. I was seriously considering changing networks rather than upgrading due to exactly the opposite type of service being rendered in the past - dealing with Madonna was such a pleasure I didn't bother going further than Vodashop...
