As a first time buyer of car insurance, the entire experience can be so overwhelming - but when you've got consultants like Madonna on your team, I would just recommend all first time buyers to her! She kept me informed, made sure I understood everything, did not use sneaky insurance jargon and I appreciated that the entire conversation was very honest. She managed to make me feel like she was 'on my side' and trying to best satisfy my needs as a customer. The conversation was upbeat, she was friendly and helpful, I could 'feel' her smile and it's truly rare these days to find people that can just make your day solely from taking care of you as a customer.
