I took a phone on contract but was not happy with the dishonesty on the prices and package. I noticed this when the phone was being delivered. I called on the same day to cancel the contract. The phone is still in its original boxes and unopened. I was told that I had to wait for investigations before cancelling the contract. This did not make any sense to me as I even specified that I was willing to personally return the phone. They refused to allow me to do so. Its now been over 2 weeks and no response! Each time I call, I am being told that they are still investigating. My fear is that they will proceed and deduct money from my account each month. What do I do?
