MTN Unsatisfactory customer service

I called into MTN to query the reason my account was being debited with larger amounts then what i agreed to. please refer to Reference number for the call : 108248742. i was advised that the R800.00 that was due for my cell phone is notdue by the agent I spoke to on a recorded line. Yesterday however, after escalating the call directly after having it, my line was suspended. No one has even tried contacting me after i complained. I would like my line reconnected and I would like to know why i am now requested to pay nearly R800.00 when I was advised twice on one call it already has been paid. I was advised by the consulant after what was one of the worst customer service calls i have ever conducted and after minutes of calculating that he thinks my account is up to date. i will hold him liable for the payment or MTN as he is the face of MTN is he not. Faulse information given is not of my concern and I should not suffer or be held liable for this.
