BILLED for 1GB once off

In December I purchased a special 1GB for R149 ONCE off! but to my surprise they keep billing me for this, yet I have asked in numerous occasions to not have this as a contract, yet it magically appears on my bill, yet no contract was signed for the 1GB special.

Can someone please assist me
