Not informing me I will forfeit the R600 that was left on my Top Up contract!
I phoned Vodacom on 5 Feb, who informed me I forfeited any money I had left on my Top Up account.
On 31 January I changed my contract (upgraded) to an I-phone contract. I had /- R600 left, and would not have opted to "loose" the R600. I would either have transferred that money to another pre-paid number, or waited before I did the upgrade.
I was also disgusted to find out even though I upgraded to an I-phone contract, by blackberry services was not removed automatically, but still being charged to my account.
I had to go in-store to have that fixed, and now I am told I will have to go back to the store a 3rd time??
Please advise, as I find it an inconvenience to go back to the store every time, and would have expected much better customer service from a big company.
