I upgraded my contract on 28 January and was promised by the consultant that my new phone and simcard would be online by 1 February and the old contract and sim would seize to work.By my surprize today I woke up and I still haven't been able to access my new simcard, and on top of all I have received new airtime on my old contract, which means that I would be receiving two bills in February.
After numerous phone calls to your branch today at canal walk, I finally reached Neville and was promised that he would sort out the problem asap. As of now I have not received any feedback.
I promise you Nashua Mobile, send me two bills in February and I will go apesh%$t on your company! I am tired of companies taking advantage of customers. I am paying good money for service, which up to date I have recived none!!!
