Could not activate cellular date network

Although I still have 1.5 Gigabytes on my account and it only expires on 16th February, I suddenly can no longer get to the Internet on my iPad.
The telephone Service is cumbersome and did not help, I was shifted from one number to the next without any results.
I will find another supplier.
