Follow up account query

Approximately one month ago, Cell C had agreed to cancel my contract. this was confirmed by email. I had already received the bill for the coming month and thought this would be credited in the next. My account has now been debited for the full value where it should have been pro rata for about seven days. The exec that had assisted me at the time, Sisa Flatela, was extremely helpful and assured me there would not be an issue with my bill. If there was, then I should contact him directly. I have since forwarded an email but have not received a response. I have tried to contact the call centre but here too it takes eons before one is greeted by a consultant. The mobile number was 0746381845. From my email, I believe the initial case number may be 1303060000051103.

I expect a speedy response and resolve to this query.
