Please kindly assist I had a contract with vigin mobile and it expired in September 2013, on the 16/09/2013 I phoned and I spoke to Cole to cancel my contract and he said he had cancelled it and the last debit order will be in November 2013. To my surprise they debited my account again in December 2013, when I phoned to enquire I spoke to Buko on the 19/of december and he told me that the account is still active contact is not terminated, I therefore explained to him what I just mention above. He said I must pay for December because my contract was just terminated now by him, I therefore said to him that it is not my fault how was I supporse to know as I spoke to one of the consultants and he said he terminated the contract. He also mentioned that I will have a bad record. It was 11:58 when I spoke to Buko. I therefore went to the bank to reverse the payment as I don't owe them anything. on the 15/01/2014 they deducted an amount of R222.00 my account. Please help as it seems like I'm not winning on my request from Virgin Mobile to stop deducting money on my account.

Your help will be highly appreciated, as we do not know how many people are affected by matters like this.
