I pay The Business Centre every month to answer my company landline as reception service. I have been suffering repeated bad service, the most recent is an international magazine phoned in to interview me and got told my company does not exist - even after insisting repeatedly that my company most certainly did and asking for me by name. I shudder to think how much business I am losing I feel like suing to be honest. Totally disgusted. I have emailed The Business Centre to complain and have had no response!
