I have been trying to cancel my internet contract with telkom for weeks now but when I phone 10210 and go through to the cancellation centre on option 4 no one picks up, I have phoned many times holding on from 30 minutes to an hour each time. this is unacceptable. This way I will be paying for a whole month more internet than I wanted.
I phoned sales department who pick up at once and asked for a manager and explained my problem, they put me through and surprise surprise no one picked up. I went into an actual telkom branch and was told I needed to call the call centre.
This is unacceptable.
