I am now at a point where I don't know where to go to actually get some asistance with my query.
Having renewed my contract at your Pavilion store when I was already 4 months out of contract, imagine my surprise when there is a R2280 downgrade package charge. I can't imagine a single intellengent sole agreeing to renew a contract with a provider at that cost when they could go anywhere and not have to pay this fee.
I waited the eternity on the call centre line to get asistance with my billing query to be told that I must go to the branch because they are the ones who actioned the upgrade. Dutifully I go to the branch, find that the consultant no longer works there. I am asisted by a friendly lady named Pat who assures me that this is incorrect but she needs to find the paperwork and log a query with '808' becuse the upgrade was actioned online.

I am now a full month down the line and not a peak out of this consultant and no one is answering their phones!!!
Very unimpressed.
