I recently upgraded to an i-phone 5C. I had the phone for 4 days and all was good. Then it started having trouble finding network reception. After trying various procedures recommended by the call center and having the SIM card tested, it was decided that the phone was faulty and would need to be returned. I ordered it through MTN direct and so I phoned them. They assured me that the problem had been logged and a courier service would collect the phone in the next 24 hours... well it has been almost 4 days now, and still NOTHING!!! When I phone them all they can say is that they are aware of the problem and they will be in touch, but of course I never hear anything from them! Feeling completely frustrated!!!
