I had lost my phone and there was a problem regarding my insurance and the billing if i wanted to upgrade, to pat an additional fee and access fee. I went around in circles to all vodacom shops and they all gave a different story, which was very disapointed and showed in adequecy amoung the vodacom stores, but i knew Devin before because he has helped me before when i went to the shop. Sofollowing day i went to see Devin and he went all out, we even stayed after hours with a collaegue of his until 6:30 in the evening, but still did not managd to get the phone. But the following Day he just called and told me to come get my new phone (which im loving)...#team Devin Team Galleria
