My service gets suspended due to non payment but only cos 8ta didnt debit!!! Now i go to the trouble of doing the EFT, emailing the proof of payment three times and still I am not connected. When I call in I am told the person that I emailed it to is not there i gotta wait for the next day and here i am sitting without service not cos its my fault but cos 8ta is too disorganised and have useless call centre agents. Then I am billed for things i dont have I have a Samsung and I am billed for BIS!!! I have one contract and i am billed for two!!! Gosh where does this end! They take forever to sort out a billing query. I am so tired that I will NEVER renew my contract with 8ta again. Really can do without the stress.
