In December 2012 we ported our cellphone account from Autopage to Vodacom. From January 2013-June 2013 we were still billed by Autopage for a number that was with Vodacom.
A credit was given for these months. In April 2013 we requested that the credit must be refunded back to us. According to the call centre it will take 8-10 working days. Today is 2013/11/19 MORE than 8-10 working days according to my calender.
I phoned Autopage again today and again the same story. The credit will take 8-10 working days. How long will this take!!!
Just give us our money back.
