On 3rd of January I reported AGAIN bad coverage of the cellular network. Ref. No. 0049184. No reply at all. I made one follow up few days ago, lady on the "customer service line"could only send a REMINDER to the person in charge. Is this all what we can get for our subscription, not the cheap one? Do you really care? Or will you maybe compensate for all the trouble and poor service? I doubt.
