ADSL FAILURE

This has now been going since May 2013!!! Reports after report and still I still have NO stable Internet connection.

Since May I've been paying almost a R1000pm for what??? New line installed and hopeless adsl. Told I will get 10mb... too much static you can only get 4mb...

OLD problem still when I download my connection will drop every 5 to 10 minutes. An endless loop.

I get an email from telkom every time to advise that my connection is working. Nonsense. It works for short periods then drops again. STOP RESETTING THE PORT!!! IT IS THE LINE!!!

Spoke to a telkom technician a few days ago while he was testing inside the Junction box at the entrance of the area. According to him there is multiple complaints. Main line coming to the junction box damaged. It needs to be REPLACED. AREA FAILURE! HIS WORDS!!!

Please get this sorted now!!! It is unacceptable having worthless costs!!! We need proper speed and working lines! Promising us cheap rates and fast internet! PLEASE!!

Reference number upon reference number. What does that mean if nothing seems to happen???

I will cancel this service if this keeps going on. I am tired of paying and tired of the hassles!!!
